- Manage and lead a team handling inbound digital banking customer service. - Oversee daily operations within the contact center to ensure quality and efficiency. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries related to digital banking. - Drive performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements. - Facilitate training and development initiatives for team members. - Monitor inbound call volumes and optimize resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. - Collaborate with technology teams to implement digital banking solutions.Job role
