Software Knowledge: Tally (Mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and good knowledge of Tally software.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase/sales entries
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records
• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups and reconciliations
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
• Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related qualification preferred
