Job Posting Title:  Accounting - Sr Associate II -Record to Report (R2R)

Location: Thane

Shift timings - 12:30 to 9:00 (Month end – 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM)

What will you do:

• Own complex R2R activities including:
  • Review of journal entries and reconciliations
  • Oversight of month‑end and quarter‑end close processes
• Perform independent review of Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance commentary, and management explanations
• Act as SME for accounting areas such as Revenue, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Accruals, or Cash & Banking
• Ensure strong SOX and control compliance, including documentation and walkthroughs
• Lead coordination with internal/external auditors and resolve audit queries
• Support new business transitions, system migrations, and process standardization
• Identify and drive automation, efficiency, and quality improvements
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

What will you need to know:

• Hands‑on experience with SAP (FI / GL modules) and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, review, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and handle complex accounting matters
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting / finance
• 2–3 years of experience in R2R / Financial Accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
