- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare client invoices, legal fee bills, and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor firm bank accounts.
- Maintain records of advocate fees, court fees, stamp duty, filing charges, and other legal expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss account, and trial balance.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, and government authorities.
- Maintain petty cash and monitor office expenses.
