Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to handle the day-to-day financial operations of our interior design company. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments, and supporting project-based accounting tasks.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries and records using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks
• Prepare and send invoices to clients; track receivables and follow up on payments
• Handle vendor payments and maintain proper reconciliation
• Track project-wise expenses, budgets, and profitability
• Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, procurement, and financial reporting
• Assist with payroll calculations and related entries
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management
• Maintain organized filing of all financial documents and statements
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior design or service industry
• Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
