Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Accounting & Book-keeping Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
- Prepare and reconcile ledgers, cash book, and bank book
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
- GST Compliance Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
- Accounting and compliance for RCM transactions
- Payment of GST liabilities including DRC-03
- Reconciliation of books with GST returns
- Handling notices, mismatches, and departmental queries
- Income Tax & TDS Computation and payment of TDS
- Filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
- Preparation of data for Income Tax returns
- Reconciliation of Form 26 AS / AIS
- Finalization & Audit Support Assist in finalization of accounts
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for statutory and tax audits
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and authorities
- Other Responsibilities Maintain proper documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines
- Support management with financial reports as required
