Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor to guide and assist students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, explaining courses, and helping them choose the right academic program based on their interests and eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from students and parents via phone, email, or in-person
• Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, and admission process
• Maintain proper follow-up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
• Maintain admission records and update database regularly
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth enrollment process
• Provide accurate information about fees, courses, and institute policies

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and guide students effectively
• Basic computer knowledge MS Office
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Prior experience in counseling or sales will be an advantage

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Experience:

• Freshers or experienced both can apply

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
