Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents who will promote and sell life insurance products. The role requires strong leadership, networking, and people management skills to build a high-performing advisor base. Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities
*Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
* Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.
* Drive life insurance business through the agency channel.
* Ensure activation and productivity of advisors.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and field activities.
* Generate business through leads, references, and customer networking.
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation process.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
