AP/ AR Executive

Role: AP / AR Executive

Location: Thane

Shift: US Rotational Shifts (NIGHT SHIFTS)

Salary: ₹5.5LPA to ₹6 LPA (hike on last drawn salary)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years (No Freshers)

Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) -

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines
• Handle invoice validation, coding, posting, and payment processing
• Manage vendor bills and ensure timely payments
• Support payment runs and resolve invoice/payment-related queries
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve mismatches
• Support month-end activities such as accruals, prepayments, and open item review

Accounts Receivable (AR) -

• Manage incoming customer payments and apply them against outstanding invoices
• Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment allocation
• Perform cash application and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash
• Support bank reconciliation and receivable reconciliations
• Track outstanding balances and maintain accurate receivable records
• Support month-end activities including aging analysis and adjustments

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations
• Hands-on experience in invoice processing, billing, cash application, vendor payments, collections, or reconciliations
• Good understanding of AP / AR processes
• Experience on SAP / Oracle / ERP systems preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
