Job Description
Application Support Executive - Group Functions| Thane
- To provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications used across group functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement.
- The role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for application issues and interfaces.
- Ensure service improvements and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting.
- Monitor performance and availability of group applications (ERP, HRMS, Risk tools).
- Perform daily health checks, log reviews, and diagnostics.
- Support upgrades, patches, and config changes.
- Document root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, Risk teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT for fixes and enhancements.
- Participate in UAT and deployments.
- Identify automation opportunities and improve support workflows.
- Contribute to performance tuning and optimization.
Qualification needed: BTECH/ BCA/ BCS
Min Exp: 5 years
Max Exp: 8 years
3+ years of experience inapplication support and IT operations
