Job SummaryWe are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager – Inside Sales to lead and drive sales operations from the office. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end inside sales activities including lead generation, client engagement, deal closure, and achieving revenue targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) for smooth order execution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: HSC / Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in inside sales (B2B/B2C)
- Experience in agricultural products or related industry preferred
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
