Funding Sathi is hiring a Assitant Sales Manager for MSME / business loan sales. This role is for candidates who can source serious business borrowers, build trust with decision-makers, and drive deals from lead generation to disbursement support in the ₹2 Cr to ₹5 Cr+ range, with ₹5 Cr as the common sweet spot.

• What you will doGenerate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp groups, DSA network, CA/referral network, and market connects.
• Acquire MSME and mid-corporate borrowers for working capital, business loans, and supply chain finance solutions.
• Understand funding needs, qualify borrowers, and build a strong monthly pipeline.
• Collect key documents, prepare file readiness, and coordinate with the client through the journey.
• Focus on customer acquisition and relationship-building; lender-side coordination is handled by the senior team for complex closures
• Who should apply2–4 years of experience in MSME loans, working capital, SCF, NBFC, DSA, or business loan sales.
• Comfortable speaking with promoters, CFOs, finance heads, and business owners.
• Good understanding of business-loan documents such as bank statements, GST, ITR, and financials
