Job DescriptionWe are hiring Domestic and International BPO Executives for leading call centers and multinational companies in the Thane Region. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are encouraged to apply.
This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data
- Follow company process and quality guidelines
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
