Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Customer Relationship & Sales Growth Executives. This role blends customer service excellence with proactive cross-selling of banking products, offering a rewarding career path in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries and building trust.
- Connecting with existing customer and recommend suitable banking products (savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance).
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate Degree (any discipline)
- Customer focused and sales-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Age 18 to 32 years
- Prior experience in customer service, BPO, Telesales or sales is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the banking sector.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 in-hand per month.
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.

- Thane: Two-way centralised cab facility
- Juinagar
