Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven, and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, and converting prospects into successful sales.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, digital enquiries, and referrals.
  • Understand customers' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
  • Present and promote suitable real estate projects to prospective buyers.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits and project presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and close property transactions effectively.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
