Job Role: Customer Care Executive – Voice Process (Kotak Banking)


Job Description:

Hiring for a banking voice process. Candidates will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide support related to banking services.

Eligibility:

HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)

Good communication skills required

Salary (Take Home):

HSC Fresher – ₹15,750

Graduate Fresher – ₹16,750

HSC Experience – ₹17,000

Graduate Experience – ₹18,000

Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: Rotational Shift

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills
