Job Overview:
We are hiring Call Centre BPO Executive ,calling , Domestic bpo , Tele sales , Telecaller for our The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and prior experience in BPO or tele calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Pitch project details, handle objections, and generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits or callbacks for the sales team
- Maintain lead data accurately in CRM
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Follow call scripts and adhere to process quality standards
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / tele calling / tele sales (any industry)
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi; Versant score 5 or above is mandatory
- Strong persuasion and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
- Real Estate sales experience is an added advantage
