📌 Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our apparel retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable clothing products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge of latest fashion trends and collections
• Ensure proper display and replenishment of merchandise
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Support inventory management and stock audits
• ✅ Requirements: Minimum qualification:12th pass
• Prior experience in retail/clothing sales is an added advantage (Minimum 6 month)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of fashion trends preferred
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
