Job Title: Compliance Executive

Experience: 0-1 year

Salary Range: 1.80LPA to 2.40LPA (Depending on the experience)

Role & responsibilities

As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance standards and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This position is ideal for freshers looking to kick-start their career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:

·      Collating and managing daily attendance records for labourers on-site.

Biometric Registration:

·      Coordinating with contractors for the seamless registration of workers on the biometric machine.

MIS Preparation:

·      Generating and maintaining Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide accurate and timely information.

Administrative Coordination:

·      Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Candidates

·      Freshers are welcome to apply.

·      However, candidates up to 1 year of relevant experience will be considered.
