Job Description
✡️ *HSBC (Customer Service related to credit cards of HSBC + Cross selling of credit card schemes, offers and products)*
✡️ Indent - 25
✡️ Location - *THANE*
**Process* - Banking customer service.
➡️Inbound customer service related to credit cards
➡️Partial cross selling of credit card schemes and product offerings
*Excellent*COMMS* required
**Qualification* - GRADUATE WITH *6 months or more BPO inbound voice customer service experience*
*Please inquire about the CIBIL score of candidate should be 650 or above or 0. Check if candidate has any loan defaults in the past*
* *DAY SHIFT ROTATIONAL* -
➡️Any day shift of 9 hours
with a 1 hour break-
➡️Tentative time window - 6:30 A.M. TO 8.30 P.M. (any 9 hour shift with a 1 hour break in this window)
➡️2 Rotational weekoff
➡️ *Salary*- *26k In-hand*
*32k CTC*
✡️ * Interview Rounds -
*HR - Amcat - OPS - CLIENT* (Amcat 65 is mandatory before client round)
✡️ Transport - *Centralised Pick up and drop services from Thane station*
