Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Telecalling Executive (Godrej)


Location: Thane West

Job Description:-We are hiring for Customer Service / Telecalling roles for Godrej.

  • Eligibility Criteria:Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales
  • Good communication skills required
  • Candidate should have V4/V5 communication level
  • Job Responsibilities:Handle customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow up with customers when required
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
  • Shift Timings:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Week Off:1 rotational week off
  • Salary:In-hand salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000
  • Maximum CTC: ₹25.5 LPA
  • Standard in-hand salary offered: ₹21,000
  • Additional Benefits:Centralized pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station to ETPL location
