Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (Banking Outbound)

• Shift & Week OffShift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed)
• Week Off: 1 Rotational
• Facility: Free Pick & Drop from Thane Station
• Joining: Immediate joiners only
• SalaryFreshers: ₹15,000 In-hand (No CTC)
• Experienced (Sales mandatory):

• ₹15,000–₹18,000 In-hand | ₹20,000 CTC
• ₹18,000 In-hand | ₹24,000 CTC
• EligibilityFreshers or 6 months+ experience (for experienced, sales experience must)
• Basic/Average English mandatory
• No pursuing candidates
• No long leaves for next 6 months
• Job RoleOutbound calling to customers
• Pitch products/services and close sales
• Maintain call quality and update records in system
• Achieve assigned targets
