Location: Thane (w)
Shift: Day Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility available from Thane Station
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a reputed banking process . This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career in banking customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services

- Must be a graduate (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willing to work in rotational day shifts and rotational weekly offs
