Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Update customer records and maintain the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time and resolution rate.
- Maintain professionalism and service quality standards at all times.
