Job Description – Customer Service Executive (Apprentice) – NATS Program
Position: Customer Service Executive
Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
Location: Thane
Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Stipend: ₹12,500 per month
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused graduates to join our Contact Centre team under the NATS Apprenticeship Program. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain industry experience in customer service and develop professional skills in a structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1.Handle customer interactions professionally through calls and other communication channels.
2.Address customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance.
3.Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
4.Follow defined processes, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
5.Work under the guidance and supervision of designated team members.
6.Participate actively in training sessions and learning activities.
7.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
Basic awareness of financial services and customer support processes is preferred.
Knowledge of capital markets or stock broking is not mandatory.
Proficiency in regional languages such as Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu, or other Indian languages will be preferred.
Candidates with English proficiency are also encouraged to apply.
Training & Learning
One-month structured training program before deployment.
Initial induction and training at the designated office location.
No immediate productivity expectations during the learning phase.
