About the Role: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of International Semi-Voice Process Executive. The role primarily involves handling international customer queries through email (80%) and voice support (20%). Freshers with excellent English communication skills and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls as required.
• Provide prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
• Follow client processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with international customers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong email drafting and business communication skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Good typing speed with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Email Support, Voice Process, Semi-Voice Process, International BPO, or International Customer Support.
• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
