Job OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding insurance policies and services.
• Assist customers with policy-related queries, documentation, renewals, and general support.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Follow up with customers when required and ensure timely resolution of their requests.
• Update customer information, interactions, and service records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests and policies.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Candidate RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/system applications.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Working DetailsTiming: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday Fixed
