Driver Cum Office Assistant

Top Equipment & Machines Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and disciplined Driver Cum Office Assistant for our Thane office.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles safely for official travel.
• Pick up and drop company staff, customers and materials as required.
• Handle document submission, banking, courier, purchases and other office errands.
• Support material dispatch, loading/unloading coordination and basic office work.
• Keep the vehicle clean and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain travel, fuel and vehicle expense records.
• Travel within Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and occasionally outside the city.

Requirements:

• Valid four-wheeler driving licence.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune routes.
• Honest, punctual, responsible and well-mannered.
• Basic reading, writing and smartphone/Google Maps knowledge.
• Must be flexible with working hours when required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
