Job Description

  • Install and activate FTTH (Fiber to the Home) broadband connections.
  • Perform fiber cable routing, splicing, and termination.
  • Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity and fiber network issues.
  • Attend service requests (SR) and customer complaints within the assigned timeline.
  • Test fiber connections using appropriate tools and ensure quality standards.
  • Configure ONT, routers, and other networking equipment.
  • Maintain installation reports and update job status in the company's system.
  • Follow safety guidelines while working at customer locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain basic device usage to customers.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team for issue resolution when required.
