Job Description
Generate leads through door-to-door visits, society campaigns, and retailer visits
Explain Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband plans, Wi-Fi, OTT benefits, and offers to customers
Convince potential customers for new broadband connection installation
Visit residential areas, shops, and local market to acquire customers
Follow up on online and offline leads
Coordinate with installation and backend teams for quick activation
Update customer details and sales status in Airtel App / CRM
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries
Share competitor market feedback with Airtel team
