About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Omni Sales Executives to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines Store Sales and Field Sales, providing candidates with exposure to both retail customer engagement and market development activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience while also driving business growth through retailer visits, customer acquisition, and local market expansion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore SalesAssist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets at the store.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Ensure attractive product displays and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support billing, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Field SalesVisit retailers, dealers, housing societies, architects, contractors, and prospective customers to generate sales.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
• Execute local promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales or retail are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in both store and field environments.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Kalyan.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
• Desired SkillsStrong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented with good relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
