Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities of a Field Sales ExecutiveLead GenerationIdentify potential customers and dealers.
  • Visit markets, industrial areas, and businesses to find new prospects.
  • Customer VisitsConduct regular meetings with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products.
  • Sales Target AchievementMeet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Increase revenue from assigned territories.
  • Order Collection & Follow-upGenerate orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
  • Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction.
  • Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Report market trends to management.
  • Payment CollectionCoordinate with customers for timely payment recovery.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • ReportingSubmit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
  • Update CRM or sales records.
