Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design engaging visual content for social media platforms. The role requires working closely with the social media, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Creative Design

• Design daily social media creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
• Ensure visual consistency as per brand guidelines for each client.
• Design creatives optimized for different social media formats and dimensions.

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Create creatives for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and launches.
• Design ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Support branding activities such as posters, brochures, and marketing collaterals.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with social media executives, content writers, and video editors.
• Implement feedback and revisions promptly.
• Manage multiple brands and meet tight deadlines in an agency environment.

Creative & Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with social media design trends and visual styles.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain a balance between creativity and marketing objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Canva.
• Strong understanding of layouts, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to design clean, engaging, and marketing-focused creatives.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience working in a digital marketing or social media agency.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
