Your Opportunity

Join our design team to create engaging, learner centric visuals for digital training modules. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers and developers to bring compliance and leadership content to life through graphics, layouts, and interactive design elements.

Job description  : Role & responsibilities

·       Design visual assets (illustrations, icons, infographics, layouts) for eLearning modules.

·       Collaborate with curriculum designers and developers to align visuals with storyboards.

·       Create UI/UX elements for LMS and gamified learning experiences.

·       Edit and optimize multimedia content (images, video frames, animations).

·       Ensure brand consistency across all training materials.

·       Support multilingual localization by adapting visuals for diverse audiences.

·       Video editing and integration: work on authoring tools.

Preferred candidate profile

·       Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.

·       Core Skills - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing) is a plus.

·       Knowledge of Adobe Animate or similar tools for interactive animations is a plus.

·       Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·       Ability to translate complex compliance concepts into simple, engaging visuals.
