Job Description – Sales Executive / PRO

Organization: Taru Fertility – Edvanced Ayurveda Centre

Role Summary

The Sales Executive / PRO is responsible for increasing patient awareness, building referral networks, promoting Taru Fertility’s services, and developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporate organizations, and the local community. The role focuses on patient acquisition and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate new patient leads through field marketing and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, general physicians, hospitals, IVF centers, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with corporate organizations, NGOs, and community groups.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote fertility, Ayurveda, Garbhasanskar, women’s wellness, and Panchakarma services.
  • Organize health camps, awareness programs, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Distribute brochures and promotional materials.

Public Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
  • Represent Taru Fertility at healthcare events and community programs.
  • Ensure a professional brand image in all interactions.

Sales & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly lead generation and patient conversion targets.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and referral records.
  • Update CRM with lead and referral information.
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Director.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, IVF, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or hospital marketing preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Relationship-building and networking ability.
  • Sales and marketing aptitude.
  • Confidence in field work.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Director – Taru Fertility

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly patient leads generated.
  • Referral partner visits completed.
  • New referral tie-ups established.
  • Patient conversion rate.
  • Revenue generated through referrals.
  • Community awareness activities conducted.

Location: Taru Fertility – Edvanced Ayurveda Centre, Charai, Thane West.
