# **Job Opening – Operations Executive (Home Loan & LAP)**

**Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

 **Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Operations Executive** with strong knowledge of the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) process.

 **Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle the complete loan process from **Login to Disbursement**.

* Have in-depth knowledge of **Home Loan (HL)** and **Loan Against Property (LAP)** operations.

* Possess knowledge of **multiple Banks and NBFCs**, their products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.

* Understand and manage **surrogate income programs** and lending products.

* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and customers for smooth loan processing.

* Ensure timely documentation, verification, and loan disbursement.

* Maintain high accuracy while processing loan files and ensure compliance with lender requirements.

 **Eligibility:**

* **Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP Operations is mandatory.**

* **Freshers are not eligible to apply.**

* Good knowledge of banking products, NBFC products, banking interest rates, and surrogate programs.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage the end-to-end loan process independently.
