Job Description: Apprenticeship (Horticulture)

Department: Operations / Horticulture

Reporting to: Manager / General Manager

Location: Mumbai, Thane, Khalapur (Raigad), Pune and Bangalore

 Role Summary

You will be bridging the gaps in site operations. You will be responsible for ensuring all the operations carried out as per set standards (SOP)  and aesthetic appeal of green spaces to be maintain at premium level all the time, also managing on-site coordination with all stakeholders and resources.

 Core Responsibilities

·      Site Supervision

Oversee daily maintenance activities (mowing, pruning, weeding, edging).

Supervise and train on-site gardening crews.

Conduct site walkthroughs with vendors or site managers.

Manage attendance, productivity, and safety protocols.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports of site.

Ensure all soft cape elements meet high-quality aesthetic standards.

 Qualifications & Skills

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry

·      Technical Knowledge:

Identification skills for ornamental plants, turf grass, and trees.

Basic understanding of fertilizers, pesticides and chemicals, gardening tools and equipment and irrigation system.

·      Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi
