### *Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
✅ Handle inbound inquiries professionally
✅ Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
✅ Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication
✅ Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database
✅ Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
✅ Resolve customer queries and provide product/service information
