Profile: Customer Service Executive - Inbound Officer

  • Eligibility: Male/Female Both can apply
  • Experience Candidates Required
  • Education: Graduate mandatory
  • Age: 18 - 32 years
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • No employment gap more than 6 months

Employment Details:

  • Direct payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank
  • Salary: Upto 4,50,000 CTC (based on interview)
  • Process: Inbound + Cross Selling
  • Work Type: 75% Customer Service | 25% Cross-Sell

Shift Details:

  • 24/7 rotational shifts
  • (For females: 07:00 AM - 08:00 PM window)
  • Sunday & holiday work applicable
  • Rotational week-offs: 8 per month
