Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for our automation and AV solutions business. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C lead generation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and database research
● Research and connect with architects, interior designers, builders, corporate offices, and premium residential clients
● Maintain and update lead data in CRM and Excel sheets
● Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
● Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects
● Coordinate with the sales and technical team for requirement understanding
● Achieve monthly lead generation targets
● Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Required Skills
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
● Target-oriented and self-motivated
