Legal Intern – This entry-level position is ideal for a Fresher law graduate , who is passionate about Real Estate & Corporate & Banking Laws. The Legal Associate will support Senior Associates in a wide range of Real Estate ( RERA Matters), Legal Audit/ Due Diligence, Corporate Advisory ( Mergers & Acquisition) & Banking matters, including transactions, property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate title opinion/s and purchase agreements. • Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and land use issues. • Support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title reviews and assessments. • Prepare legal documents such as deeds, closing documents/ agreements.
