Job Overview
We are hiring *Tele Sales Executives* for our *Motor Insurance Outbound Sales* process. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills and telecalling experience who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to customers for Motor Insurance.
* Explain insurance plans and answer customer queries.
* Convince customers and close sales.
* Update customer details in the system.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
* Follow the process and maintain quality standards.
Key Requirements
* Minimum **6 months Motor Insurance Sales experience.
* Good communication skills in *Hindi*. Basic English knowledge is sufficient.
* Comfortable with outbound calling.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
