Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Office Executive to join our team.


Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, Quotations & Invoices.

Handle project documentation, BOQs, billing, and measurement records.

Maintain proper filing of drawings, approvals, and project documents.

Coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants, and vendors.

Prepare Excel reports, MIS, and project trackers.

Follow up on approvals, payments, and documentation.

Ensure all office records are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic computer operations.

Strong documentation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Experience in an Electrical Contractor's office will be given preference.

Location: Thane

Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience)
