Onboarding Team Leader - Video KYC-Digital Banking Kotak 811-CEC-VKYC
- Lead and manage the onboarding team responsible for Video KYC processes in digital banking. - Oversee the verification and compliance aspects of customer onboarding through video-based KYC. - Coordinate with digital banking units to ensure smooth customer acquisition and compliance adherence. - Manage team performance, provide guidance, and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks. - Facilitate communication between operations and compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards. - Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. - Ensure adherence to banking regulations and digital KYC guidelines. - Monitor daily activities and resolve escalations related to onboarding and KYC. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital banking initiatives. - Maintain documentation and reporting related to onboarding and KYC activities.Job role
