Operation Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, including collection, review, and submission of required documents

Perform verification of KYC, agreements, and compliance documents as per company and regulatory guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tech, Compliance) to ensure timely onboarding and activation

Act as a point of contact for merchants, addressing onboarding and operational queries

Maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure smooth communication and long-term association

Track onboarding status and ensure closure within defined timelines (SLA)

Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS related to onboarding and operations

Follow up with clients for pending documents or clarifications

Support resolution of operational issues and escalate when required

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
