Role Overview:
The Pickup Executive is responsible for collecting bikes from customer locations using the assigned mobile application and ensuring timely and safe pickups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up bikes from assigned locations using the company app
- Follow pickup schedules and routes efficiently
- Verify bike details before collection
- Update pickup status in the app in real-time
- Handle bikes carefully to avoid damage
- Coordinate with customers for smooth handover
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of using mobile apps
- Valid driving license (2-wheeler)
- Good communication skills
- Punctual and responsible attitude
Preferred:
- Prior field or delivery experience
