Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Locate and scan items using a handheld device, pack orders securely, manage shelf inventory, and ensure orders are ready for quick dispatch.
  • Salary & Shifts: Fixed monthly pay with potential performance bonuses. Shifts are usually 9 hours long on a 6-day workweek, with rotational morning, evening, and night availability.
  • Benefits: Often includes Provident Fund (PF), ESIC/medical insurance, and paid time off.
  • Requirements: Usually open to 10th or 12th pass candidates. No prior experience is required, making it ideal for freshers.
