Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our warehouse and supply chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on incoming order sheets and securely packing them for dispatch. Your primary goal is to ensure that our customers receive the correct products, undamaged and on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking: Read and interpret order lists, invoices, or pick lists to locate and retrieve the correct products from warehouse shelves.
• Packing & Labeling: Securely pack items into designated boxes or bags using appropriate protective materials (bubble wrap, paper, etc.) to prevent transit damage. Affix correct shipping and tracking labels.
• Quality Control: Check products for defects, correct batch numbers, expiry dates, or damage before packing.
• Inventory Assistance: Help with stock counts, sorting new inventory, and maintaining general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading packed goods onto delivery vehicles and unloading inbound shipments when required.
• Job Requirements & QualificationsEducation: 10th Pass or 12th Pass preferred.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce logistics environment (Freshers are welcome).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift boxes, and work in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift.
• Skills: * Basic reading, writing, and math skills for inventory counting.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct orders are processed.
• Familiarity with handheld scanning devices or smartphones is a plus.
