Hiring: Pizza Chef / Pizza Cook

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef who is passionate about making authentic, restaurant-quality pizzas.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

• Job Responsibilities Prepare authentic pizzas from scratch.
• Make and stretch fresh pizza dough by hand.
• Prepare pizza sauce and toppings.
• Cook pizzas using a gas-fired portable pizza oven.
• Prepare a variety of pizzas including:
• 
  
• Margherita
• Pepperoni
• Farmhouse
• Veggie
• BBQ Chicken
• Four Cheese
• Neapolitan-style
• Thin Crust
• Other specialty pizzas
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality.
• Set up and pack down the portable pizza oven and equipment.
• Travel to event locations to prepare pizzas on-site.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a pizza chef.
• Experience making authentic pizzas from scratch.
• Good knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques.
• Must know different pizza styles and recipes.
• Must own a scooter or bike and have a valid driving licence.
• Comfortable travelling to different customer locations.
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly.
• Preferred Experience with wood-fired or gas-fired pizza ovens.
• Experience catering for house parties or private events.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
