Platinum Banker-Inbound-Branch Banking-Service
- Handle inbound customer service calls and queries related to branch banking. - Provide high-quality service to platinum banking customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Manage banking transactions and assist customers with their banking needs at the branch level. - Coordinate with various banking departments to resolve customer issues efficiently. - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with sensitive customer information. - Support branch operations by facilitating smooth service delivery and customer engagement. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures during service delivery. - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve branch targets and service excellence.Job role
